Biden to address nation on shootings and gun reform

President Biden will give a rare primetime speech, in which he will urge lawmakers to pass gun laws after a deadly wave of mass shootings. So far this year, the U.S. has seen more than 230 mass shootings. Ed O’Keefe has the latest.
