Dr. Jon LaPook gives keynote address at Harvard’s School of Public Health

CBS News chief medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook gave the keynote address to Harvard’s School of Public Health graduates who finished their studies during the pandemic. He told graduates that no matter what credentials they hold, kindness matters most: “Empathy is your superpower.”
